| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了＂长株潭两型社会＂建设背景下产学研一体化的参与主体及其作用,分析了产学研合作的政治、哲学和经济基础,在此基础上提出了以大学为主导的产学研一体化机制,并就机制中产学研三方的合作方式、作用和权利进行了深入阐述。

| Abstract: | The article mainly elaborates the principle parts and roles of the Industry-university-research cooperation on the background of the building of Chang-Zhu-Tan resource-saving and environment-friendly society.It also analyses its political,philosophical and economic bases,proposes the industry-university-research cooperation mechanism leading by the university,and elaborates the mode of cooperation,effects and rights of the three parts. |
