| 摘 要： | 人类所处的生态环境系统和政治系统是紧密联系在一起的,生态环境问题不仅会危及经济的发展和繁荣,而且能诱发政治冲突,影响一国的政治稳定。因此,我们在生态文明建设中应注重生态文明导向的政治建设：构建完善的政府生态责任机制,实施绿色新政;发展基层民主,实现多元主体共同参与的生态治理;公正协调环境利益冲突,保证生态公平。

| Abstract: | Ecological system in which man live is closely related to the political environment.Ecological problems will not only endanger economic development and its prosperity,but affect a country＇s political stability.Therefore,our government should strengthen ecological civilization construction from the political level： To complete the governmental mechanism of ecological responsibility and implement green new deal;To develop democracy at the grassroots level,and carry out the ecological management;To harmonize environmental interests,ensure ecological fair. |
