| 摘 要： | 文章通过调查研究,从英语师范生在实习中出现的问题出发,基于能力本位教育的视角,提出在高职院校英语教育专业学生中加强能力本位职业技能教育的重要性,旨在培养其教学基本技能,提高教育实践能力,缩短英语师范生进入教师工作岗位时的适应周期,提高市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | The paper,in response to problems arisen from teaching practices,tries to study how to obtain approaches to strengthening Competence-Based Vocational Education model（CBVE） in the cultivation of English teaching majors.The purpose of the study is to improve vocational college students＇ teaching skills and shorten the adaptive phase for the teaching position,thus improving their competence in the job market. |
