| 摘 要： | 供应商管理库存（VMI）已成为供应链库存管理的重要研究方向,通过供应商直接管理其客户的库存,降低了双方的成本,取得了良好的效果.目前VMI系统主要应用于供应商与分销商之间,本文将VMI系统实施于零售业,并针对实施中存在的问题建立了一种新的发展模式-供应商品类管理.在新的模式中,供应商不仅负责零售商的库存管理,还将拥有商品品类优化和货架管理的权力.

| Abstract: | Vendor managed inventory(VMI) has become an important research trend to manage the inventory in the supply chain.The Supplier manages his customer's inventory directly,and this reduces the cost and has a good result.At present,VMI is mainly applied between suppliers and distributors.In this paper VMI is implemented in retailing industry and the vendor category management,a new development mode,is proposed to tackle the problems occurred in the implementation.In the new mode,the supplier takes charge of not only the retailer's inventory management,but also the product's category optimization and shelf management. |
