摘    要:以某混合动力公交车前、后橡胶悬置块为研究对象,首先确定了激励频率、预载荷、位移幅值三个加载参数,在确定位移幅值时采用了时域-频域混合积分和最小二乘法拟合的方法;然后利用MTS电液伺服激振系统搭建了测试系统,采取位移控制模式进行试验;接着在MATLAB中采用几何作图方法对动刚度、滞后角进行了计算;最后分析了储能动刚度与损失动刚度的变化情况,并结合发动机前悬置斜置式支承,对前悬置在发动机怠速时隔振性能较差的原因进行了分析,并提出初步改进意见,可以为发动机悬置设计提供参考.

Abstract:Three parameters of the excitation frequency , the pre -load and the displacement amplitude were determined as engine mount in a hybrid buses .By using mixed integration of time domain -frequency and least-squares fitting methods , the displacement amplitude was determined .The test system was built using MTS hydraulic servo system .The testing was carried out by taking the displacement control mode .After testing , the dynamic stiffness and lag angle were calculated taking methods of geometric construction .Energy storage stiffness and loss of dynamic stiffness were analyzed combined with oblique style support of front engine .The reason of isolation performance was analyzed and preliminary suggestions were put forward .This paper can provide a reference for the engine mount design .
