针对高速列车头车外形设计的风洞侧风试验模型选取方法

摘    要:为了给高速列车风洞侧风试验的模型选取提供更多的参考依据,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法对不同模型以200km/h速度运行时,在不同侧向风速下的气动力和流场结构进行分析.结果表明:相同侧向风速下,不同的高速列车缩比模型对头车的气动力系数影响不大,可以采用更短编组长度的高速列车模型即1.2车模型(头车+0.2节尾车)代替3车联挂模型对头车的气动特性进行风洞试验研究;考虑到尾车结构对头车末端区域的流场结构和压力分布的影响,高速列车风洞侧风试验中,不建议采用更短编组方式的模型.

Abstract:To provide more references for the selection of high -speed train scale model for wind tunnel testing of cross wind , aerodynamic forces and flow field of different models running at 200km/h speed and different lateral wind speed were analyzed using Computational Fluid Dynamics ( CFD) method.The results show as follows:at the same lateral wind speed , different high-speed train models have little effect on the aerodynamic coefficients of head car , thus a shorter high -speed train model that is 1.2 cars model ( head car plus 0.2 tail car) instead of three cars model can be used in wind tunnel tests , to research the aerodynamic characteristics of head car;it is not recommended to adopt a shorter high -speed train scale model in the wind tunnel crosswind tests, for the reason that the structure of tail car have effects on the flow structure and the pressure distribution in the terminal region of head cars .
