摘    要:以某客车排气系统为研究对象,以Hypermesh有限元分析软件为仿真工具,首先搭建了排气系统各子部件进的有限元模型,然后进行自由模态分析,并通过试验结果加以验证,计算值与试验值一致性较好,验证了有限元模型是有效准确的.最后,利用平均驱动自由度位移ADDOFD的方法对排气系统的悬挂位置作了设计和调整,提出改进方案.在整车开发的初期,该方法可以有效地确定NVH性能较好的悬挂位置.

Abstract:A passenger car exhaust system was used as the research object and the Hypermesh finite ele -ment analysis software was used for simulation tools , to set up all parts into the finite element model of exhaust system.A free modal numerical modal analysis was verified by experiment modal .The calculated value has good consistency with the test results , verify the validity of the finite element model .The method of using average driver freedom displacement of the exhaust system to design and adjust the hanging position , was put to improve scheme .This method can effectively select better NVH performance hanger locations in the earlier vehicle development process .
