摘    要:针对上层燃烧器二次风假想圆直径为1000mm和加大为1500mm两种工况,通过数值模拟进行对比分析,研究六角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧器区域的浓度场,模拟结果表明,适当改变一、二次风向心度能够有效地降低局部过高的颗粒浓度,从而抑制受热面结渣现象的发生。

Abstract:Two cases, which the imaginary tangential circle diameters of secondary air at top burners were 1000mm and 1500mm respectively,were designed. The concentration field at burning region of a tangentially fired boiler which the burners were arranged in six corners was studied and compared with numerical simulation. Results showed that changing the concentricity of primary air and secondary air properly could reduce excessive particle concentration effectively, slag is controlled.
