电火花数控线切割加工应用扩展技术研究

摘    要:研究开发了能实现复杂曲面零件电火花线切割加工的多种工艺方法及加工系统.阐明了其加工原理、特点、组成及运动规律,并对各种主要硬件装置进行阐述和开发.从而拓宽了电火花线切割加工的工艺范围,从根本上解决了复杂曲面零件的加工难题.具有很强的应用和推广价值.

Abstract:In this paper , various technological methods and machining systerms axe researched and developed that can shape complicated curved surface by wire-EDM. Then the work principle , characteristics , constitutes and motion laws are elaborated. Besides, main hardware devices are expounded and developed. Thereore the paper expanes the scope of technology in wire-EDM and radically solves the difficult problem of complicated curved surface in manufacturing. In short , the technology has high application value and popularization, value.
