工业用PLC控制直流电源的硬件电路设计

摘    要:结合某单位现有电网的直流设备现状和运行要求,以Siemens公司的S7系列PLC为控制核心,充分利用PLC具有的运算速度快、逻辑判断功能强的特点,设计开发了本套新型直流装置,实现了自动充放电控制、系统监测、通讯等功能.通过对蓄电池的自动充电和智能保护,延长了蓄电池的寿命,提高了直流系统运行的可靠性.
