| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于Windows下通过程序采用数字I/O卡控制步进电机的方法.结合步进电机在转台横摇运动中的实际应用,介绍了在Windows环境下利用多媒体定时器设置采样周期,根据横摇运动的工作模式制定控制策略,最终由工控机通过数字I/O卡控制步进电机的方法,阐明了具体的实现过程及实验结果.调试结果表明设计的控制程序易于实现、工作可靠,并且具有较好的控制效果.

| Abstract: | In this article,a method to control stepping motor through a digital I/O card based on Windows is presented.After introducing stepping motor application to turntable rolling motion,the paper recommends to use multimedia timer to setup sampling period on Windows,and to adopt different controlling strategy to workout control program and stepping motor controlled by digital I/O card through industrial control computer.The concrete realizing progress and result of experiment are stated.The result shows that designed program is simple and understandable and higher reliability and better control effects. |
