论多层次传销运作中的问题与防范

摘    要:多层次传销是直销方式中最主要的形式,它以销结网,以网促销,具有高效率和高效益两大基本特征,然而,由于一些不法经销者的非法运作,严重损害了国家,传销商和消费者的利益,必须认真识辨与防范,本文在对多层次传销科学定义的基础上,揭示了正当的多层次传销与不正当多层次传销的区别,并在分析现行多层次传销活动中主要问题的基础上,针对性地提出了一些解决措施,以使这种营销方式能被我国企业正确运用,并起到推动企业经济与社会经济发展的作用。

Abstract:The main form of direct sales is sales by transmission,it has high ef ficiency and good benifit. But,during its operating, some unlawful people always fail to abide by the rules,that have a harmful effect on the interest of the country,the direct saler and .the cousumer. this paper describes the basic characteristic of sales by transimission and difference between lowful transmission and unlawfl transmission,and put forward some constructive suggestion to this problem.
