| 摘 要： | 微机售电管理系统由安装在供电局的售电管理系统、用户使用的“电卡”及单相智能电能表组成。由“电卡”把供电部门与用电单位联系起来，从而实现对现行用电制度的改革。介绍了硬件、电卡写读原理及系统软件。

| Abstract: | The electricity selling system is composed of the management system in electricity selling station, electric card owned by energy user, and single phase intelligent electric meter. The user and server are linked by electric cards, and the current energy consume system is reformed. The hardware, the writing and reading principles of the electric card, and software are introduced. |
