生物玻璃涂层的体外模拟研究

摘    要:采用亚音速火焰喷涂方法,在钛合金表面喷涂生物玻璃涂层,经后处理后进行体外模拟浸泡实验,测定重量和pH变化,通过SEM观察其在模拟体液中浸泡不同天数的表面形貌,分析涂层在浸泡过程中的变化和生物活性机理.试验表明:生物玻璃在模拟体液中浸泡不同时间后出现重量先减少然后增加的现象.在涂层表面形成新的生物活性涂层,成分可能为类骨磷灰石.

Abstract:The bioglass coating was sprayed onto the surface of titanium alloys by means of subsonic flame spraying.Soak test in vitro was performed with the sprayed samples after heat treatment,and the changes of weights and pH were determined.SEM characterized the surface morphology of the coatings immersed in simulated body fluid for different periods;the change during the immersion and the theory of bioactivity were analyzed.The result showed that the weights of samples immersed in the SBF for different time increased first,and then decreased.New bioactive product,which may be bone-like apatite,was observed on the surface of coatings.
