| Abstract: | A breakthrough of gear reduction unit traditional design methods is presented. This paper laid special stress on discussing optimized design thoughts by means of penalty function methods, built up design principles, objective functions, Constrained functions and mathematical models, provided optimum solutions for typical examples and evaluated the optimized design effects. |
