镶铸截齿与锻造钎焊截齿损坏形式对比分析

摘    要:通过井下采煤对比试验,分析了镶铸截齿与锻造钎焊截齿的损坏特点,镶铸截齿具有耐磨抗弯曲的优点,但有折断现象:而锻造钎焊截齿抗折断性好,但耐磨抗弯曲性远低于镶截齿,镶铸截齿的使用寿命可达锻造钎焊截齿的4倍以上。

Abstract:The damage styles of cast-in cutting pick and hard-solder forging cutting pick are analyzedaccording to the comparing experiment under coal mining well.
