基于MFC的单柱液压机监控系统设计

摘    要:为了在单柱液压机冲压过程中实时监测反馈信号、判断系统工作状态及自动化处理产品信息,本文设计一种基于MFC的单柱液压机监控系统.系统利用PLC控制单柱液压机的冲压过程,采用Mysql数据库管理产品数据,结合面向对象的多线程编程思想进行人机界面开发.实验结果表明,监控系统达到了实验运行要求.

Abstract:In order to monitor feedback signals,j udge system's state and handle product information auto-matically during the procedure of stamping operations from hydraulic single-column press,a monitoring and controlling system of hydraulic single column press based on MFC was designed.In this system,PLC is responsible for realizing stamping operations.MySQL database is designed to manage product data.The human-computer interface was developed by adopting obj ect-oriented programming with multi-thread techmology.The experiment proves that the system is stable and reliable,meeting the requirements of monitoring and controlling with good timeliness.
