造纸黑液制取添加剂及其对水煤浆性能影响的研究

摘    要:考察了造纸黑液处理物和 8种添加剂对水煤浆性能的影响,结果表明经一定处理后的造纸黑液可直接用作水煤浆添加剂.酸化液经过滤后,不溶物在一定条件下进行磺化,磺化产物与其他 8种添加剂相比性能良好.其用于淮南煤制水煤浆 (煤浆浓度 65% )呈油状,粘度较低 (400~ 500 mPa.s.)性能稳定,与工业 TEAXCO气化装置作用的添加剂 (水剂 )制取的水煤浆性能相近.

Abstract:The treatment products of pulping black liquid and other 8 additives were investigated in the preparation of coal water slurry.The pulping liquid treated by sulphuric acid (H2SO4) can be directly used as the additives of CWS.The acid treatment products are then sulphonated by Na2SO3.Compared with the other 8 additives, the solphonating products are better additives for making CWS.The performance of CWS made by solphonating products are similar to the additives which is used in industrial plant.
