| 摘 要： | 企业物流绩效综合评价的关键是怎样选择或建立评价模型,以及怎样根据评价模型建立评价指标体系.以企业物流绩效为研究对象,建立了一种较全面的二层次指标体系,综合考虑了客户、成本、服务水平、信息以及创新学习等各方面的绩效指标;利用AHP法确定一级指标和每个二级指标的权重,并对指标进行标准化处理.建立了AHP-TOPSIS评价模型;最后给出一个算例.
