| 摘 要： | 科研能力是高校的核心能力，同时也是反映高校实力的重要指标，在明确高校科研能力内涵的基础上，通过进一步分析高校科研能力的构成，提出了高校综合科研能力指数评价指标体系，并运用模糊评价法对其进行测评。
