碳约束下延时补货库存控制模型研究

摘    要:构建了碳排放市场交易机制下考虑碳排放的延时补货库存控制模型,并与不考虑碳排放的情况进行对比,得出两者最优订购量和总成本在不同环境下发生的变化.碳排放市场交易机制有效地引导企业减少碳排放量,同时最优订购量取决于临界值的大小,碳配额影响总成本,企业可将多余的碳配额在市场上出售获得收益,最后通过算例分析证明了模型的有效性以及对企业生产库存最优化决策的影响.

Abstract:model of inventory control in the delay replenishment considering carbon emissions under market-based carbon trading mechanism is developed, and compared wfth the situation not considering carbon emissions,it is concluded that the optimal quantity and total cost changes in different environ- ment. Market-based carbon trading mechanism guides the enterprises to reduce carbon emissions effec- tively,the optimal quantity depends on the critical value, carbon emission costs will be influenced by the change of carbon quotas, and enterprises have profits by excess carbon quotas sold in the market. Finally, a numerical experiment is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and the influence of the parameters on optimal production decisions.
