| 摘 要： | 现代化雷达大功率、小体积及日益苛刻的应用环境,对散热手段提出了越来越高的要求.针对某雷达发射机固态组件进行了细致的热分析,设计了液冷组件,得出在流量为2.5 L/min时,能满足热设计要求,此时的压力损失也较小,而且数值计算结果最终被实验验证. |
