酶改善二次纤维结合性能的研究

摘    要:以二次纤维为研究对象,分别用半纤维素酶和纤维素酶对其进行处理,以改善二次纤维的结合性能,寻找酶处理的最佳条件.并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察二次纤维处理前后表面形态的变化.研究结果表明,提高纸页强度主要靠改善二次纤维的结合性能.半纤维素酶处理时半纤维素与纤维表面的木聚糖反应,打开半纤维素之间氢键的联结,使纤维表面细纤维化并增加润胀,改善了其结合性能.纤维素酶处理时其C1酶破坏纤维素链的结晶结构,使纤维易于润胀,因此增强了二次纤维的结合性能.

Abstract:Properties of secondary fibers were studied in this article. Hemic el lulase and cellulase were used to treat them in order to improve the bonding pro perties of Secondary fibers. The morphologies of secondary fibers were observed by a scanning electron microscope. The research results showed that the strength properties of recycled paper were improved mainly by enhancing the bonding prop erties of the secondary fibers. Hemicellulase reacted with xylan on the fiber su rface and opened the link of H-bonds between hemicellulose or cellulose to make fiber surface fibrillate and increase fiber's swelling capacity. The bonding p roperties of secondary fibers were improved. On cellulase treatment, enzymes C1 changed the crytal structure of cellulose chains and made secondary fiber swell, thus, the bonding properties of secondary fibers were improved.
