| Abstract: | The monitoring of milling tool breakage using vibration displacement signal is studied in detail. A mathematical model of the milling force is established. The characteristics of vibration displacement signal in milling process is analyzed. A monitoring method of vibration displacement signal,based on artificial neural network, is put foward. |
