| 摘 要： | 针对竹浆纤维自身的性能,分别加入棉和细旦涤纶混纺成纱,来改善竹浆纤维的湿强差,织物尺寸不稳定的缺点,并设计开发出竹浆纤维纱直贡和人字斜两种面料.介绍了纺纱和织造的主要工艺,提出了竹浆纤维在生产过程中所要注意的实际问题.为竹浆纤维的实际生产提供工艺参考.

| Abstract: | According to the bamboo cellulose fiber structure characteristics, the cotton and polyester are blended with bamboo fiber to make the spur yarn, in order to improve the strength of the spur yarn and the instability of the fabric. Two kinds of bamboo fabric are exploited. The main technology of spinning is introduced and also the actual problem in production is pointed out. It serves as the technology reference for bamboo exploitation. |
