摘    要:采用中温(35℃)厌氧发酵,研究斜发沸石、膨润土和粉煤灰3种矿物材料对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程中的pH、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)、产气速率及累积产气量的影响.结果表明:斜发沸石、膨润土和粉煤灰均可以改善餐厨垃圾单相厌氧消化酸抑制的现象并促进产气速率和累积产气量的提高.至30d反应结束,空白组的产气速率峰值和累积产气量分别为600mL·d-1·L-1和3 938mL/L;斜发沸石组、膨润土组和粉煤灰组的日产气速率峰值分别为623mL·d-1·L-1、1 418mL·d-1·L-1和1 227mL·d-1·L-1,分别比空白组的高3.83%、136.33%和104.50%;其累积产气量分别达到5 502mL/L、8 206mL/L和6 988mL/L,分别比空白组的高39.72%、108.37%和77.45%.3种矿物材料对产气速率和累积产气量的促进影响顺序表现为:膨润土〉粉煤灰〉斜发沸石.

Abstract:The effects of 3 different kinds of minerals (clnoptlolte, bentonite and coal ash fly) on the process of anaerobic digestion under 35 ℃ for food wastes were studied. The changes of the pH, the VFA (volatile fatty acid) and the biogas production rate as well as the cumulative biogas yield were analyzed. The results showed that clnoptlolte, bentonite and coal ash fly are all beneficial to the improving of acid inhibition as well as increasing the peak values of daily biogas production rates and the cumulative biogas yield. After 30 days of anaerobic digestion, the peak values of daily biogas production rates and the cu- mulative biogas yield of the control group are 600 mL · d-1 · L-1 and 3 938 mL/L, respectively. The peak values of daily biogas production rates of clnoptlolte group ,bentonite group and coal ash fly group are 623, 1 418 and 1 227 mL · d-1 · L-1 ,respectively; which are higher 3.83%, 136.33% and 104.50% than that of the control group, respectively. The cumulative biogas yield of clnoptlolte group, bentonite group and coal ash fly group are 5502,8206 and 6988 mL/L, respectively; which are higher 39.72 %, 108. 37 % and 77.45 % than that of the control group,respectively.The sequence of improvement efficiency to the biogas production rate and the cumulative biogas yield is: bentonite〉coal ash fly〉clinoptilolite.
