| 摘 要： | 针对组织知识创新内在机制存在的不足,提出了活动效用概念以及面向目标和基于活动的知识创新模型.活动效用用于描述活动对完成目标任务的有效性,该模型集成了工作流和知识流,着眼于活动效用的改善,实现对组织业务过程的改进或再造从而达到对伴随与业务过程的知识的创新.通过对医院门诊就诊流程改造,表明该知识创新模型具有一定的有效性.

| Abstract: | Aiming of the deficiences in the mechanism of knowledge innovating for organizations,the concept of activity utility,evaluating the utility of activities for realizing their corresponding tasks,and a goal-oriented and activity-based model for knowledge innovating,integrating workflow and knowledge flow,are proposed.This model can improve or reengine business process of organizations so that it can achieve innovation of knowledge in organizations.Finally,a case was given to illustrate our model. |
