| 摘 要： | 笔者对英语专业大一的35名学生进行了为期16周的写作元认知策略培训。参照培训前后的元认知策略问卷调查情况、作文测试成绩和20名学生的访谈结果，笔者发现学生的写作元认知策略使用能力和英语写作能力均得到提高。

| Abstract: | The 35 freshmen of the English majors was trained the writing meta-cognitive strategy by the author for 16 weeks. Referring to the questionaires, the composition test scor＇s before and after the training and the interview of 20 students, the students＇ ability to use the meta-cognitive strategies and the ability to write English compositions have been enhanced. |
