河南省大学生足球联赛存在问题分析与对策研究

采用问卷调查、文献回顾与前瞻性分析等方法,探讨河南省大学生足球联赛的开展现状以及存在问题,查找问题形成原因并提出针对性解决对策。高校足球的开展普遍存在场地设施滞后、赛制不够完善、训练比赛经费不足、教练员队伍建设不完善等问题。建议各高校要不断加大运动基础设施的资金投入力度;官方要积极汲取国内外足球联赛经验,并制定适应相应联赛体制,同时还要组织各种形式的教练员培训。

ANALYSIS ON THE DEVELOPING STATUS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF HENAN UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

A questionnaire survey,literature review and prospective analysis and the method of combining logical reasoning methods were used to investigate the conduct of Henan University Football League＇s current situation and existing problems,and to explore the causes of the problem and to propose countermeasures. Those prevalent problems in the college physical education facilities include perfect game system,inadequate funding for training and competitions,coaches,team building imperfect. The following countermeasures should be done：increasing infrastructure investment to movement of the colleges and universities; learning experiences actively from official football league at home and abroad,adapting to the situation,and organizing various forms to training coach.
