基于虚拟仿真技术的汽车底盘综合控制系统研究

摘    要:在ADAMS/Car中建立了轿车底盘多体动力学模型,并应用ADAMS/Mechatronics模块建立ABS+ESP综合控制系统,然后通过ADAMS/Mechatronics模块与MATLAB/Simulink接口实现联合仿真。通过几种行驶工况下对汽车底盘综合控制系统的仿真实验,表明利用ADAMS/Car和MATLAB软件可以进行汽车底盘综合控制系统的联合仿真试验,提高了车辆的操纵稳定性和主动安全性,并为以后的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:A multi-body dynamic car model is established by using ADAMS/Car,the integrated control system which contains ABS and ESP is established by using ADAMS/Mechatronics,and then co-simulate the performance based on the interface between ADAMS/Mechatronics and MATLAB/Simulink. Through the simulation of the integrated control system on several operating conditions of vehicle traveling show that the use of ADAMS/Car and MATLAB software can be an effective way for the study of integrated chassis control system,enhance the maneuver stability and active safety of vehicle,and for future research as a reference.
