| 摘 要： | 文学翻译是一门艺术,是一种创造性的工作。这就要求译者在翻译中既要遵循一定的翻译标准,还要做出创造性的叛逆。文章针对翻译界存在的对文学翻译中＂创造性叛逆＂的错误认识,以及把＂创造性叛逆＂与＂翻译标准＂对立起来的现象,通过分析两个术语的概念与把二者对立起来的翻译现象,说明了创造性叛逆是一种现象而非一种翻译策略,并且进一步论证了创造性叛逆和翻译标准在翻译过程中的统一性。

| Abstract: | Literary translation is art and creation which requires that translators not only have to follow the translation criteria but also to make creative treason.This paper aims to clarify the wrong concepts towards ＂creative treason＂ in literary translation and the phenomenon which contradicts ＂creative treason＂ and ＂translation criteria＂.By analyzing the two terms of ＂creative treason＂ and ＂translation criteria＂ and the phenomenon which contradicts them,the paper illustrates that creative treason is a kind of phenomenon rather than a translation strategy.It further expounds the unification of creative treason and translation criteria in translation. |
