| 摘 要： | 本文探讨全膝关节置换术(TKA)围手术期镇痛效果和早期康复方法,采用术前进行患者心理辅导和术前塞来昔布400mg分6次口服镇痛,术中彻底切除滑膜和脂肪垫组织,术后多模式镇痛,系统的功能锻炼计划等进行综合分析研究。结果表明本方案具有明显的镇痛效果,并且秩序渐进的康复计划取得了明显的效果,对于TKA围手术期的综合镇痛和早期康复具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The paper investigated the total knee replacement (TKA) perioperative analgesia and early rehabilitation methods , best analgesic programs. The different methods, such as using psychological guidance to patients before surgery, taking 400 mg Celecoxib orally for six-times to ease the pain before surgery, resecting fat pad tissue and synovium completely, doing much mode analgesia and system exercise after surgery, are discussed synthetically.
