参附强心汤治疗阳（气）虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

观察参附强心汤治疗阳（气）虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将120例该病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例，对照组采用常规西药治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加服参附强心汤治疗，4周后观察疗效。结果：心功能总有效率：治疗组为95．00％，对照组为76．67％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P=0．037）。中医证候总有效率：治疗组为93．33％，对照组为75．00％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P=0．034）。结论：参附强心汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭阳（气）虚血瘀水停证效果较单用西药治疗疗效显著。

THE CLINICAL STUDY OF SHENFU STRONG-HEART DECOCTION (SFSHD) IN TREATING PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE ON YANG(QI) DEFICIENCY AND BLOOD-STASIS,FLUID-RETENTION STAGNATION

To evaluate the effects of SFSHD in treating patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） on yang（qi） deficiency and blood-stasis, fluid-retention stagnation. Methods： 120 patients with CHF were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, conventional treatment was given to all the cases. SFSHD was given to the treatment group. One course of treatment included 4 weeks. Results： The total effective power on heart function in the treatment group and the control group was 95.00% and 76.67% respectively, that on Chinese medicine syndrome was 93.33% and 75.00% respectively. Comparisons of the two indices between two groups all showed significantly difference（ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions ： The efficacy of additional use of the SFSHD is better than the efficacy of therapy of the conventional treatment alone.
