摘    要:本文用自合成的Ti-MCM-41分子筛为催化剂,苯酚和H2O2直接氧化法合成苯二酚。用化学分析和色谱分析来确定H2O2的分解率、利用率、苯酚的转化率、苯二酚的选择性。反应温度70℃、反应时间7h、进料比:n(苯酚)In(H2OM2)=3:1;n(苯酚)/n(Ti-MCM-41)=10:1是较为理想的条件。

Abstract:Using the synthetic Ti-MCM-41 Molecular Sieve as catalyst, phenol and H2O2 were synthesized into dihydroxybenzene by directed Oxidation. Chemical analysis and chromatographic analysis were used to determine the decomposition rate and usage of H2O2 , the conversion rates of phenol, and the selectivity of dihydroxybenzene. The ideal reaction conditions included: reaction temperature of 70℃ , reaction time 7 h. charge proportion; n( Phenol)/n( H2O2 ) = 3: 1, n( Phenol)/n(Ti-MCM-41 ) = 10: 1.
