摘    要:目前有关二高-y-亚麻酸中间体检测方面的文献报道甚少,而且尚无中间体标准品。本文利用Chemdraw优化,杜小明-y亚麻酸合成二高-Y-亚麻酸中间体的13C-NMR和1H—NMR图谱,并将中间体的实际检测图谱与该模拟图谱进行比对,证明合成工艺的正确性,为合成工艺提供理论分析。

Abstract:Up to now, the detection of the synthetic intermediates of dihomo--Y-linolenic acid from -Y-linolenic acid has not been reported. Chemdraw was employed to optimize the 13C-NMR and1 H-NMR spectrum of the synthetic intermediates, and was compared with the actual detection spectrum to prove the correctness of the synthesis technology and provide theoretical analysis for the technological research.
