| Abstract: | Genghis Khan is Code is the first national written code of Mongolia, which has rich contents in constitutionalism thoughts. For example, Huliletai has the distinctive democratic color, the system of freedom of religious and the separation of church and state ideology are consistent with the modern constitutional requirements. |
