| 摘 要： | 供给管理政策有效地刺激了供给，为陷入“滞涨”泥潭的资本主义国家宏观调控提供了理论基础。减税、控制货币发行量、减少政府干预等政策都相应地体现出小政府、大市场的价值取向。我国应进一步推动政府职能的转变，重视政府在宏观经济运行调控中的供给管理政策，减少政府的过度介入；积极推进税制改革，促进经济增长方式转变；增加公共产品的供给。
