氧化苦参碱提取条件的优化

摘    要:本文采用单因素实验和正交实验对从苦参药材中提取氧化苦参碱的工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明,最佳提取溶剂为乙醇溶液;最佳提取条件为:溶剂乙醇浓度为60%(V/V)、料液比为1:30、温度为80℃、时间为85min,在此条件下提取氧化苦参碱得率达到6.58mg·g^-1,较优化前提高了2.8倍。

Abstract:Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction conditions of oxymatrine. The results showed that the optimum extracting solvent is ethanol. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained with ethanol concentration of 60% , solid-liquid ratio of 1:30, extracting temperature of 80 ℃ , and extracting time of 85 min. Using the optimal extraction conditions, the yield of oxymatrine could reach 6.58 mg· g^-1, which was 2.8 times of those not optimized
