| 摘 要： | 本文根据精算价值方程建立农民工养老保险模型。假设农民工养老保险缴费金额随工资的年增长率的变动而变动，采用基金的年保值增长率来抵消因通货膨胀带来的消极作用。并对模型进行分析和应用，得到了较为合理的结果。最后，针对本文模型提出了关于帐户类型、缴费方式、退休金发放的一系列问题的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we use integrated actuarial methods and mathematical tools to set up the model for farm workers＇ endowment insurance and then improve this model. We assume that the payment amount is changed with farm workers＇ wage and the effect of inflation can be replaced by the preserving and increasing growth rate of fund. We obtain reasonable results by applying our model with some data. Finally, we give some relevant comments and suggestions in order to guarantee the farm workers＇ benefits according to our models. |
