基于外资并购的我国产业安全规制问题探析

随着中国经济的快速发展和产业成熟度的提高，外资在华并购的规模逐年扩大，并购行为呈现新的倾向，投资规模、时间和行业的集中态势所形成的垄断格局已经对国家经济安全造成一定影响；我同在充分利用周际资本发展经济的同时又要积极构建应对外资并购风险的产业安全规制，趋利避害，维护同家产业安全；同时利用金融危机带来的机遇，加快产业升级，提高企业国际竞争力。

ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REGULATION IN CHINA BASED ON CROSS-BORDER M&A

With the rapid development of economy and enhancement of industrialization in China, more and more MNCs prefer to entering China by M ＆ A. An analysis is carried out in this paper on the present situation and development trend of M ＆ A. We should build a positive response to the risk of foreign mergers and acquisitions of industrial safety regulations. At the same time, China should make good use of the opportunity which the financial crisis brought about to accelerate industrial upgrading, improve the international competitiveness of our enterprises.
