大学英语教学中“学生中心论”的研究

全球化对大学生的国际交流能力提出了更高的要求，所以英语就成为衡量人才综合素质的重要标准之一。本文从改革传统的大学人才培养模式、建立以学生为中心的英语教学模式的必要性人手，探讨了“以学生为本”的教育理念。并分别从心理学、管理学、生理学以及新世纪学生和学校新型关系的视角分析了“学生中心论”的理论基础和实践基础。文章最后提出了建立“以学生为中心”的大学英语教学模式对教育工作者的要求。充分体现学生的中心地位，是高等教育改革的根本内在动力，也是实现当前高等教育的培养和造就高素质创新性人才目标的需要。

THE STUDY OF "STUDENT-CNETERED THEORY" IN COLLEGE ENGLISH TEACHING

At present, globalization puts forward higher requirement for talents＇ ability of international communication and English proficiency has become one of the important measures for the comprehensive quality of talents. This paper explores the pedagogical theory of student center which starts with the discussion of the necessity of reforming traditional college English teaching model of cultivating talents and establishing new ＂student-centered＂ model. It analyzes the theory＇s theoretical basis from the perspectives of psychology, management, physiology and the new relationship between students and schools. This essay concludes with the requirements for teachers in order to establish the ＂student-centered＂ teaching model. To bring the central role of students into full play is the impetus for the reform of higher education and the need for realizing the goal of cultivating creative talents.
