手机“套餐”的评价与模型设计

本文针对全球通“畅听99套餐”方案，给出“套餐”各方案的资费函数表达式，并判定出各个方案所适用的最优范围，将资费函数进一步推广到更多参变量。由文中所建模型的结果分析表明，当手机资费涉及的因素多于3个时资费函数仍然为线性函数，因此“套餐”各方案所适用的范围可由广义的平面来界定，其相应的可行区域介于两个广义平行平面之间。最后设计制定了两类不同风格的新方案：一类是在原有“套餐”方案中增加同类型的新方案，另一类是针对正常资费方案增设资费调节系数设置5种全新方案。

THE MODEL OF EVALUATING AND DESIGNING FOR COMBO OF MOBILEPHONE

According to all the plans of the Combo named ＂ Changting 99＂ of the Gotone, each function expression of mobilephone charge is given firstly in this paper, and then the feasible zones of all the plans are decided. If the expression is popularized to be the function of many variables, the function keeps the linearity property completely when there are more than three variables indicated from the results of the previous model, then the feasible zones are situated among the two parallel planes in＂ broad sense. At last two different kinds of plans are designed, one is to derivative additional ones of the same type based on the original plans, and the other is to generate five new plans by increasing variables of the mobilephone charge fuction compared With the regular expenses standard of the mobilephone charge.
