南阳市城市营销的现状及问题分析

摘    要:随着城市营销理论的发展,城市营销已成为提升城市竞争力的有效手段和重要战略选择。本人以南阳市为研究对象,结合南阳市资源概况、城市发展情况分析了南阳市存在的城市营销观念不强、城市定位模糊、缺乏整体规划等问题,提出了南阳市实施城市营销的策略。

Abstract:With the development of city marketing theory,the city marketing,as a kind of new management concept,becomes an effective method of promoting the city economic development and improving the city competition ability.This paper analyzes the main problems of Nanyang city,such as scarce realization of city marketing,vague city positioning and lacking of total planning and so on by taking the Nanyang city as the research objective and considering the resources condition and development condition of the Nanyang city,and makes the conclusion that it is necessary to implement city marketing for Nanyang city.
