| 摘 要： | 本文通过实验研究了甘草酸的紫外吸收光谱(在251.5nm中有强吸收峰)和用薄层分析法杷甘草酸从甘草浸膏中分离出来的方法和条件。建立了薄层分离—紫外分光光度法测定甘草浸膏中甘草酸含量的方法,并实际应用于测定不同来源的甘草浸膏样品。方法简便,可靠。
