| 摘 要： | 通过对影响因子评价学术期刊的科学性和局限性的分析，认为影响因子是评价学术期刊的重要指标，指出在评价学术期刊时，影响因子的客观性、系统性、科学性和实用性已得到了认可，学术期刊要正确运用影响因子，发挥影响因子的客观性和科学性作用，提高期刊各影响因子指数，以便影响因子更能体现期刊的影响范围，从而更好地、科学地评价期刊，使影响因子成为有利于作者、读者、编辑和期刊的科学评价因素．

| Abstract: | By analyzing the scientific features and limitations with impact factor to evaluate academic periodicals, the impact factor is believed an important index to evaluate academic periodicals. When we evaluate the academic periodicals, the objectivity, system, scientific features and practicality of the impact factor will be acknowledged. The impact factor should be used correctly, so that the calculation of impact factor can be more objective and fairly. |
