银川平原城镇区域产业结构效益评价及空间分异研究

摘    要:通过偏移-份额分析方法对银川平原城镇区域8市县三次产业的结构效益、竞争力等进行了分析;并通过产业结构偏离度来分析银川平原产业结构的合理性.结果表明,1990—2010年,银川平原城镇区域产业结构以第二产业为主,但就业结构以第三产业带动为主;银川平原城镇区域3大产业结构效益存在明显的空间分异特征;银川平原城镇区域第一产业存在劳动力转出的可能,第二产业存在劳动力转入的可能,第三产业就业结构与产业结构较为合理.为银川平原城镇区域优化产业结构,提高区域整体竞争力提供参考。

Abstract:This article analyses three main industries’structural effectiveness and competitive power of Yinchuan Plain’s 8 cities and counties through shift-share method;It also reflects the rationality of Yinchuan Plain’s industrial structure by the means of industrial structural deviation degree,as a reference for this area’s optimizing the industrial structure and raising the competitiveness as a whole.It turns out that Yinchuan Plain’s cities and counties’industry structure was secondary-industry-oriented,yet the employment pattern was driven by the tertiary industry during 1990-2010;the evident spatial variation occured in three main industries structural effectiveness;The labor force of Yinchuan Plain area’s primary industry was possibly exported;There is also the possibility of manpower of secondary industry being imported;The employment structure and industrial structure is comparably reasonable.
