茂钛催化剂的合成、选择及加氢反应机理探讨

摘    要:合成了8种SBS加氢茂钛催化剂,其中二氯二茂钛和二对甲苯基二茂钛活性较好。催化剂用量为0.2-0.4mmol/(100g)聚合物时,二烯烃段加氢度≥98%,苯环加氢度≤2%,同时探讨了加氢反应机理。

Abstract:kinds titanocene hydrogenation catalysts of SBS were synthesized.Biscyclopent-adieneyl titanium dichloride and di-p-tolybiscyclopentadieneyl titanium are good catalysts.They have high hydrogenation activity and good selectivity. The hydrogenation degree of diene in SBS is more than 98%,and the hydrogenation degree of styrene in SBS less than 2%.And also the mechanism of hydrogenation reaction were also investigated.
