| 摘 要： | 针对当前城镇化率统计和测度中存在的问题提出综合城镇化水平的概念,以陕西省为例对县域综合城镇化水平进行测度,并分析陕西省县域综合城镇化水平的空间分异特征以及县域综合城镇化水平和单一城镇化水平拟合度的空间分异特征;在此基础上将我国中西部县域城镇化发展模式分为均衡型、资源驱动型和生态敏感型三类,并对各类模式地区的县域城镇化发展提出政策引导.

| Abstract: | The paper proposed the concept ＂Comprehensive Urbanization Level＂ against the problems existing in the current urbanization rate statistics and measurement.Taking Shaanxi province as an example,it measures the comprehensive urbanization levels of counties in Shaanxi province and analyzes their characteristics of spatial differentiation and the matching degree between the comprehensive urbanization levels and the simple urbanization levels of these counties.Then it classified the urbanization development modes of the middle and western counties of China into three patterns：balanced,resourcedriven,and ecologically sensitive,which can be the reference of the policy guidance on all these three patterns of counties. |
