轴心受压部分加劲板件稳定系数计算方法研究

摘    要:基于能量法对冷弯薄壁型钢卷边槽形截面轴心受压构件的弹性畸变屈曲应力和半波长进行推导分析,得到相应部分加劲板件的稳定系数建议计算公式.与有限条法计算结果的对比分析表明,建议的部分加劲板件稳系数计算方法具有较高的精度和较好的通用性.在此基础上,通过简化分析给出了轴心受压构件部分加劲板件考虑畸变屈曲和局部屈曲的协同稳定系数计算方法.算例分析以及国内外的相关实验结果的验证表明,建议方法能够更好地考虑轴心受压开口截面构件畸变屈曲和局部屈曲对于构件极限承载力的影响,承载力计算结果相对于我国现行《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002)更加准确,适用性更强.

Abstract:The elastic distortional-buckling stress and half-wave length of cold-formed thin-walled steel members with lipped channel section under axial compression and corresponding stability coefficient of partially stiffened elements are developed based on energy method. The comparison on calculated results of stability coefficient of partially stiffened elements using developed method and Finite Strip Method show that the developed method have good precision and versatility. The stability coefficient of partially stiffened elements under axial compression considering distortional buckling and local buckling are introduced based on developed method. The developed formula has higher precision to calculate the stability coefficient of partially stiffened elements and ultimate load-carrying capacity of cold-formed thin- walled steel lipped channel axially-compressed members than technical code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures (GB 50018——2002) according examples and test results. The developed method can consider the effect of distortional buckling and local buckling on ultimate strength of members well.
