中国西部地区城市房地产投资环境综合评价

摘    要:运用因子分析法,建立了城市房地产投资环境评价指标体系,并基于SPSS11.0的数据处理,对中国西部地区城市房地产投资环境进行了定量评价,最后运用聚类分析法将排序后的样本城市划分为4个房地产投资类型区,并进行了分类评析,旨在为投资者和受资者在制定投资引资战略时提供重要的理论依据和决策信息.

Abstract:Real estate has been new economic growth point and pillar industry of national economy in Western China. In order to tap the latent power and comprehensive competitiveness, with the technique of factor analysis, index system built and based on SPSS11.0, comprehensive competitiveness of real estate investment environment is quantitative appraised. Sample cities arranged are to be four types of region. Furthermore, their conditions are analysed. The result points out that there are big distance of real estate investment environment in urban management power, urban economic strength, urban fund level, urban infrastructure, urban science power, urban industrial structure and urban open degree among the cities. The research provides important theoretical and decisive basis for investor and host to work out investment strategy.
